‘Cabin-air research seems to reverse no-risk conclusion.’
In 2011, after over 4 years of studying fume events – Cranfield University finally published their report – except that they ‘forgot’ to publish what the House of Lords had asked for in 2007 – the concentrations of chemicals in a fume event. They identified and published the concentrations of chemicals in so called ‘normal air’ with wishy washy descriptions of ‘very low’.
But they got away with it, as the media were misled into believing it was impossible to create an oil fume event. Grounded professional pilots had offered to create a visible oil fume event on the ground in November 2007 for testing.

The ONLY media to challenge this fundamentally flawed report was David Learmount of Flight International – the industry magazine.
Unbelievable, but true.
The real question is: How did they get away with it then and how DO they get away with it – now?
There is NO EVIDENCE.
