An American Airlines Airbus A321-200, registration N195UW performing flight AA-1813 from Charlotte,NC to Tampa,FL (USA), was climbing out of Charlotte’s runway 18L when the crew stopped the climb at 13,000 feet reporting they had possible fumes in the cabin but weren’t able to ascertain, hence they wanted to return. The aircraft landed safely back on Charlotte’s runway 18C about 25 minutes after departure.
A replacement A321-200 registration N975UY reached Tampa with a delay of 2.5 hours.
