A British Airways Boeing 777-200, registration G-VIIY performing flight BA-2158 from Saint Lucia (Saint Lucia) to London Gatwick,EN (UK), was descending through FL130 towards London when the crew donned their oxygen masks and declared emergency reporting fumes in the cockpit. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on Gatwick’s runway 26L about 12 minutes later.
The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground about 15 hours after landing.
